RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Fourteen days to change your mind, and legal guarantees if there is a defect.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. For an order of several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.
This right does not apply to custom projects ordered on quotation, or to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
How to exercise it
Contact us by email with your order number: we will explain how the return works.
Inform us of your decision before the period ends with a clear statement: an email to contact@cuboxo.fr, a letter to 10 Place du Golheres, 56400 Auray, France, or the form below. You then have fourteen days to send the product back or make it available to us. For a container or CUBO module, we arrange collection from your site on an agreed date; for an accessory, we send you a prepaid return label.
Costs and condition of the product
Return costs are entirely paid by us: collection of the container by crane truck, as well as return of accessories by parcel. Nothing is charged to you or deducted from the refund.
The product must be returned complete and in the condition you received it. You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refund
We refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have collected the product or you have provided proof of dispatch. The refund is made free of charge using the payment method used for the order.
Damaged, non-conforming or defective product
Product damaged on delivery: note your reservations on the delivery note and write to us at contact@cuboxo.fr with photos. Lack of conformity or hidden defect: you benefit free of charge from the legal guarantees described in article 10 of our terms and conditions of sale.
