HOW TO BUY AND PAY

1. Choose your product

Each product page shows the price including VAT, the condition (new or used), availability, reference and dimensions. For any question before buying, use the “Contact by email” button on the page or the contact form.

2. Add to cart and pay online

Choose the quantity, then “Add to cart”. Payment is made on a secure page (SSL encryption) by card, Apple Pay or Klarna. CUBOXO never has access to your bank details.

3. Confirmation

You receive a confirmation email summarising your order. The invoice, including VAT, is sent to you by email.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free to France, Germany, Spain and Belgium: 14 days for in-stock products, 10 weeks for made-to-order models. We agree the day and time slot with you by email. See the Delivery page for truck access requirements.

Order on quotation

For several units, a custom fit-out or delivery outside France, Germany, Spain and Belgium, request a quote : we reply by email with a firm price.

After your purchase

You have 14 days to change your mind (Returns and refunds) and, for containers and the CUBO range, a written warranty of 5 years (new) or 1 year (used).
