Delivery is free to France, Germany, Spain and Belgium, within 14 days of ordering; other countries on quotation. Access requirements and process: see the Delivery.

Questions
- What is the delivery time?
- 14 days for an in-stock model, 10 weeks for a made-to-order model; a custom fit-out has its own lead time, stated on the quote.
- Can the fit-out be changed?
- Yes: dimensions, equipment and finishes can be adapted on quotation, starting from this model.
- How is the module delivered?
- By crane truck, to the planned location as far as access allows; we agree the delivery day with you.
- What do I need to prepare on site?
- A flat, stable base prepared in advance and, depending on the model, water and electricity connections.
- Do I need permission to install it?
- Depending on floor area, use and duration, a planning declaration or permit may be needed: check with your local authority.
